About Jessica
I founded 720 wellness with the goal to help elevate not only my life, but yours as well. I went through some hardships that started to break me down not only physically but mentally, which I'm grateful for as this is what led me to begin my wellness journey. I began to understand the interplay between the physical and emotional aspects of the body, connecting science and spirituality for holistic approaches to improving my health and wellbeing.
Science provides the understanding of the bodys physiological process while spirituality offers a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection. This resonated with me and with that i was able to build a balanced approach to my health and wellness, I was able to address not only physical symptoms but also the emotional and spiritual causes as well, and now I want to share this with you.
With over 8.5 years in the industry, studying lymphatics at the school of lymphatics, celebrity trainers, kobido trainings, fascial trainings and more! I have taken all my education and experiences to build The LCD Method

Service and Package refund Policy
If you require a refund for an unused service or package, you will be refunded the remaining balance after deducting the full retail price of any service or sessions already used
No refund will be given once more than 50% of the package has been used
Product sales are FINAL
No Refunds on deposits for trainings as once the deposit is made the process for ordering manuals and certification begins.
Scheduling appointments. We do understand things happen, but do to the by appointment only nature of the business if a booking is late to start by 15min or over we do charge a $20 late fee or offer to reschedule as this interrupts the schedule. Please respect our time as we respect yours.

We require a 50% NON Refundable deposit for every training to lock in your spot on the training date
We can reschedule your date if an emergency comes up at no extra cost
